3 days in Chicago Itinerary & Budget by Kristen

Posted on 2019-07-20

For the past six months or so I've been traveling to Shcaumbrug Illinois every other week for a work assignment. (It's actually my last project before I go back to being a full time student!). I convinced Kenny to come out with me for a week to run a half marathon and do some downtown exploring. We spent some time in the suburbs and then headed downtown for a pretty packed weekend. # 3 Day Chicago Itinerary **[Friday](https://www.thekhsquared.com/blog/114)** - Suburbs to the city **[Saturday](https://www.thekhsquared.com/blog/115)** - Race expo, Cubs game, Dinner, and Navy Pier **[Sunday](https://www.thekhsquared.com/blog/116)** - Half Marathon, Architecture Tour, Chicago Pizza # Budget: We were pretty fortunate on this trip because we had some hotel points to use and Kristen's flight was already covered from work.
